- The fuel lines assembly is done in an underbody workplace with high percentage of time performing this task above shoulder/head level resulting in a red workplace (61 pts).
- An inhouse innovative trilogic solution to transport people was developed, using a T-Roc seat that allows the worker to perform the task in a sitting position,with possibility to raise or lower seat height to improve working above shoulder/head level. A motorized wheel (E-drive solution) was integrated to move the platform eliminating working on moving car body. This solution enables one worker to work in a sitting position and two workers in a standing position in the same workplace. Due to participatory ergonomics there is a high worker acceptance.
